OUR CONSULTANTS

Cristian Laitano-Sierra, MBA and Daniela Z-Laitano, MBA are currently franchise consultants both with a Masters Degree in Business Administration graduated from Laureate International Universities, entrepreneurs and Founders of Sierra Franchising, prior to that they owned and operated BFG group a Bojangle's Franchisee in Atlanta, GA.

Cristian began his career in the Franchise Business 15 years ago working for a high profile American franchise company such as Bojangles' and developed, owned and managed several franchises. Cristian's area of expertise includes Business Operations (systems & structure to gain efficiency and effectiveness), Financial Analysis (cash flow improvement, expense reduction, trend analysis), Business Expansion & Opportunities (master franchising, area development, multi units) and Leadership Development (personal development, team building, public speaking).

Daniela's initial franchise experience started with her co-owning and operating BFG group specializing in Business Management, VP of operations, franchise personnel training, marketing and efficiency management.
