OUR CONSULTANTS
Cristian Laitano, MBA, and Daniela Laitano, MBA are Italian entrepreneurs, franchise consultants, and the Founders of Sierra Franchising. Both hold Masters Degrees in Business Administration and bring a wealth of experience to their roles. Prior to their consultancy work, they owned and operated BFG Group, a Bojangles's franchisee in Atlanta, GA.
Cristian began his career in the franchise business 15 years ago, working with high-profile American franchise companies, including Bojangles'. He has developed, owned, and managed several franchises. Cristian's areas of expertise include Business Operations (systems & structure to gain efficiency and effectiveness), Financial Analysis (cash flow improvement, expense reduction, trend analysis), Business Expansion & Opportunities (master franchising, area development, multi-units), and Leadership Development (personal development, team building, public speaking).
Daniela's franchise experience began with co-owning and operating BFG Group, where she specialized in Business Management, serving as VP of Operations, overseeing franchise personnel training, marketing, and efficiency management.
